Calendar

Please join our General Meetings (GM) and our guest speaker for conversation and announcements on the dates below. Dinner is included! All meetings are held bi-weekly on Tuesday's from 7:30pm to 8:30pm. The Officer Candidacy (OC) Program meets at 6:30pm before GM's.

GM 1: 9/24 at 7:30-8:30pm. In-person at PAI 3.02.
GM 2: 10/8 at 7:30-8:30pm. In-person at PAI 3.02. (OC meeting starts at 6:30pm)
GM 3: 10/22 at 7:30-8:30pm. In-person at PAI 3.02. (OC meeting starts at 6:30pm)
GM 4: 11/5 at 7:30-8:30pm. In-person at PAI 3.02. (OC meeting starts at 6:30pm)

Point requirements

Pledge Status
Qualifications:

Automatic status for all new members of any year for their first semester, OR
Status if you did not meet point requirements last semester

Point Requirements:

Attend 4/6 general meetings
Volunteer for 12 hours total
Volunteer for 4 minimum internal volunteer hours with APS
Attend 5 social opportunities
Earn 2 philanthropy points
$130 for the year, $75 per semester

Active: Underclassmen Status
Qualifications:

Are a 1st or 2nd year at UT, AND
Met point requirements from previous semester

Point Requirements:

Attend 4/6 general meetings
Volunteer for 10 hours total
Volunteer for 4 minimum internal volunteer hours with APS
Attend 4 social opportunities
Earn 1 philanthropy point
$110 for the year, $65 per semester

Active: Upperclassmen Status
Qualifications:

Are a 3rd+ year at UT and not a new member, AND
Met point requirements from previous semester

Point Requirements:

Attend 4/6 general meetings
Attend 4 social opportunities
Earn 1 philanthropy point
No volunteer requirement
$80 for the year, $40 per semester

To earn an APS graduation cord:

For Spring Graduation: meet point requirements for both fall and spring semesters of the year you graduate
For Fall Graduation: meet point requirements for the fall semester that you graduate

Note:
There are three make-up point opportunities this semester (goes towards GM, OC, social, or internal volunteer points).

OC Requirements to Run for Officer in Spring 2025:

Must earn 8 OC points per academic year
Meet active/pledge requirements depending on membership status
Submit membership dues
